1. General conditions

These conditions define the rules of use of the masaze-luxury.cz portal, which is operated by LM Grand Europe Group sro, with its registered office at Jaurisova 515/4, 140 00 Prague 4, Company Identification Number: 08749833, entered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 324538 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).

• By acceding to the terms of use, the user accepts these Terms and accepts all their provisions.
• In addition to these Operating Conditions, the rules on the masaze-luxury.cz portal are governed by the valid regulations of the Czech Republic.
• The conditions of use are effective and valid for the provider from the day when the operator publishes them.
• The operator does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness and timeliness of the information and data provided in the profiles of individual persons, which are presented here. 
• The Operator shall not be liable for any damages that the user or third parties may directly, indirectly or accidentally incur as a result of or in connection with the use of the Server’s services. 3. Definitions of terms

Operator 

• ensures the operation of the portal with the help of resources and services of its or friction parties. At the same time, it is the exclusive copyright holder for all content of materials that are displayed to users via the portal under the masaze-luxury.cz domain. or holds valid licenses of third parties for such materials. The operator is a legal entity LM Grand Europe Group sro, ID 08749833

Minor

• is a natural person whose age has reached the age of majority according to the current wording of the territorially valid legal regulations. For example, in the Czech Republic, a minor is considered to be a person who has reached the age of 18 or more.

Advertisers

• is a person who has his / her website (profile) on the masaze-luxury.cz portal. This is usually a masseuse who presents herself and her services using this web portal. Such an offer may include personal or professional characteristics, an offer of services provided, photographs and other related information.

4. Terms of use and browsing of the masaze-luxury.cz portal

• All content on the masaze-luxury.cz portal is intended for adults. In the Czech Republic, these are people over 18 years of age. 
• If you are in a country with a different age for reaching adulthood, you must meet the legislative conditions in force in that country.
• The operator further does not recommend entering and browsing the portal to persons who insult or offend erotic or sexually explicit content, nudity and presentations of persons with a directive approach. Especially to people who might feel morally affected, offended or even offended by the content of the above character.

5. Conditions for publishing the presentation on the masaze-luxury.cz portal

• It is intended for private individuals who provide services in the field of erotic massages
• The condition of cooperation of the advertiser with the provider is the rental of one of the rooms at Lužická 29, Vinohrady – Prague 2. This portal is presented exclusively by persons who provide their services in the premises rented by the operator. 
• The advertiser’s presentation remains valid only for the duration of the lease of the premises or until its deletion by the operator. 
• The presentation of the advertiser must not infringe the copyrights of the operator or third parties
• The presentation must not in any way harm other entities, especially its competitors, operators or other legal or other persons (including foreign ones).

6. Amendments to this Agreement

• We reserve the right to change, reformulate or otherwise modify these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will take effect immediately upon publication. The User is obliged to get acquainted with changes to the Conditions on a regular basis. If the User continues to use the services of the Server after the implementation of these changes by the Provider, it is considered that he agrees with the changes of the Conditions without reservations.
